To ensure our growing customer base is constantly acquainted with the increasing features of IDS Hotel ERP, and to simplify the learning for new staff joining our customer properties, we launched IDS NEXT Advantage Academy.

The Academy conducts periodic training programs at our campus in Bangalore and offers an online certification too.

Trainings are carefully designed keeping in mind feedback from customers and industry needs. Each training has tremendous advantage in that it has the potential to help a hotel automate a growing number of its activities and thus optimize its use of manpower. Additionally, the software can provide an invaluable cache of reports that enhances decision making for management.

Training Methodology of IDS NEXT Advantage Academy

A training usually details the functioning of a particular module, offers tips and tricks to make the module easy to use, explains how the module can be integrated with other modules of the ERP and points out how users can fine tune the module to their hotels specific requirements.
